We're closing the Book of Ruin and heading into the Book of Reunification. Though it stands to see where the reunification will be - we know the Pierces have some work to do as a family, or if it's also talking about Freeland itself. As for the synopsis itself, with a tagline of "close call", and seeing that Black Lightning will be sending out an SOS, and that Lynn will find herself in a tight spot, we're can guess that Tobias will be starting his move against the Pierce family.
