Oliver Queen is dead. His sacrifice brought together the entire Arrowverse and formed the Justice League! He is survived by his children though! Particularly, Mia Queen-Smoak. She presumably returns to her time after Crisis on Infinite Earths and with no J'onn J'onzz readily available, her memories of her fights with her dad and the previous multi-verse are all gone... that is until Laurel Lance comes by to remind her just who she is!
