What is a wet blanket? Certainly not something you want to cozy up with and read a good book. In The DC Universe's new show Harley Quinn, the definition is very clear, it's Aquaman! He's just the joke that most of the Justice League has made of him. That's not all though, Harley and her gang are at it again and are headed to the sea.
