And another one bites the dust. The CW-verse keeps growing smaller as another project falls to the massive cuts and cancellations. The newest victim is Justice U, a spinoff from CW’s Arrow.

In the spinoff, David Ramsey was set to reprise his role as John Diggle. After spending most of his time fighting next to his fellow heroes, the spinoff would focus on how he “embarks on a new mission to recruit five young meta humans to live undercover as freshmen at a prestigious university”.

We’re so bummed to see another great idea for a show hit with the destructive wave. Will the small screen hero-genre survive all these cancellations? Too soon to say.
