With just a few short days to go before Superman & Lois returns, we've got the synopsis for the third episode, which makes mention of Mannheim, a name familiar to comics fans, and the fact that Clark isn't the biggest fan of Lois and Chrissy investigating him. Meanwhile, the Lang-Cushing family struggle to adapt to their new lifestyle given everything that life has thrown their way. The Kent Brothers and Natalie Irons will also try to find a way to make due with an unexpected challenge after trying to perform a random act of kindness.

GREGORY SMITH DIRECTS THE EPISODE – Lois (Elizabeth Tulloch) and Chrissy (Sofia Hasmik) pursue a new lead in the Mannheim investigation against Clark’s (Tyler Hoechlin) wishes. Meanwhile, Jonathan (Michael Bishop), Jordan (Alex Garfin), and Nat’s (Taylor Buck) attempt at a kind gesture is complicated by an unexpected obstacle. Lastly, Lana (Emmanuelle Chriqui), Sarah (Inde Navarrette), and Kyle (Erik Valdez) adjust to their own new normal.
