This episode is shaping up to be quite a feast of returns, chiefly for Stephen Amell, whose return as Oliver Queen for The Flash's final season has a full circle aura to it. Below, we have three new images and the synopsis for the episode, which is very sparse. But, as we've come to expect, that means that there will be plenty going on that can't be shared. But from what we can see, we've got our resident bad guy Ramsey Rosso back once again, and some heroes suiting up to join forces with Barry to take Bloodwork down. Check out the images below:

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, BARRY; STEPHEN AMELL, DAVID RAMSEY, KEIYNAN LONSDALE AND SENDHIL RAMAMURTHY GUEST STAR – Team Flash throws a surprise birthday party for Barry (Grant Gustin) but things go terribly awry when Ramsey Rosso (Sendhil Ramamurthy) crashes the festivities.
