Team Flash is trying to find some way to get the upper hand in the fight against Godspeed, and thus far, they've come up empty. Thankfully, they've got allies with plenty of high-tech gadgets, and that's where Diggle comes in. From the images, it looks like he's got some sort of weapon that could level the playing field in some way, and they're testing it out at Star Labs.
