It seems like there will be a new meta out there, with fire powers! We know from the 8th episode's synopsis that there's some allusions to fire there, but now we have confirmation that we're dealing with Fire Meta. Whether that will be a new meta or a blast from the past remains to be seen. Considering the title, it could be plausible. We'll also be checking in with Iris, who will be needing a distraction, and is headed to Coast City to chase down a story. Check out the full synopsis below:

THE FIRE WITHIN – Barry (Grant Gustin) and Team Flash get closer to figuring out the Fire Meta but no closer to finding him meanwhile Iris, (Candice Patton) needing a distraction, follows a story to Coast City. The series also stars Jesse L. Martin, Danielle Panabaker, Danielle Nicolet, Kayla Compton and Brandon McKnight. Stefan Pleszczynski directed the episode written by Jeff Hersh (#809).  Original airdate 3/30/2022.
