Knowing that the big mystery of this episode will be figuring out whether Ronnie is really Ronnie, it's no surprise that there's only 3 images released. They focus on Barry at home, and of course, on Caitlin. The images are vague, and don't give us much to go on, but it's definitely building the suspense that something big might go down.
