In a bit of a spoiler, it seems that whoever this new speedster is, it's probably not Thawne, as the synopsis for the eighteenth episode seems to indicate that Barry's still searching for who it could be. From the episode title, we're wondering if the yellow tie is a distinguishing feature of this mysterious new speedster. The other part of the synopsis indicates that Cecile's powers will be expanding even more, and will let her step up her support for Team Flash.
