As seen down below, we'll pick up right where we left off at the end of The Batman with Oswald Cobblepot slowly trying to ascend in the criminal underworld of Gotham City. However, that may not be an easy feat to do with gangsters like Sofia Falcone, played by Cristin Milioti, standing in his way. Will the so-called “new kingpin of Gotham City” be able to rise to the ranks or will he ultimately be sleeping with the fishes soon?

In regards to reoccurring faces we'll see pop up from time-to-time, we also have some newly revealed cast members for The Penguin. Carmen Ejogo, David H. Holmes and François Chau have been officially cast as undisclosed recurring characters in the series. Ejogo credits include the Fantastic Beasts franchise, Alien: Covenant and Roman J. Israel, Esq. Holmes has starred in various film and television projects such as Mindhunter, Law & Order: SVU and Difficult People. Chau is known for his work in shows like Lost and The Expanse, while he has also recently appeared in programs like Law & Order: Organized Crime as well.
