It was bound to happen: Ryan will be put in a position which might risk her secret identity being blown, and the decision will weight heavily on the team, and create a rift. On the other side of the playing field, it looks like we'll be seeing Wallis Day make her official debut as the new Kate Kane, but the question remains, what does Black Mask want with her? Guessing by Engima's involvement, we can imagine some sort of mind-control experiment. Only time will tell! Meanwhile, check out the full synopsis:
WE ALL WEAR MASKS – Ryan (Javicia Leslie) is faced with a difficult decision that could expose her as Batwoman, creating a rift in the Bat Team. Meanwhile, Black Mask's (guest star Peter Outerbridge) plans for Kate Kane (Wallis Day) begin to unfold. Alice (Rachel Skarsten) is reunited with someone from her past, and Sophie (Meagan Tandy) must decide where her loyalty lies. Also starring Dougray Scott, Nicole Kang and Camrus Johnson. Glen Winter directed the episode with a story by Zack Siddiqui and teleplay by Jerry Shandy (#212). Original airdate 5/2/21.

Batwoman has been lacking. I hope the "alternate" version of Kate Kane proves worth the wait. Perfect recast!
