Warner Brothers and ViacomCBS are shopping around the idea of selling The CW. What this means for all the DCTV properties is uncertain.

Batwoman Season Finale Synopsis

We've mentioned before how synopses are often times hit or miss. We tend to think that when the synopsis is smaller it has more larger surprises in the episode. That rule doesn't apply to season finales it would seem. In the largest synopsis we've ever seen, we are getting a look at an insane season finale for Batwoman! This episode wasn't even planned to be the finale and we are writing this with our jaws on the floor with all the twists and turns this episode has! There's a mysterious new hero guest star, a father daughter stand off, Alice loosing grip on her henchmen, and somewhere in there we even get to learn who's pulling Julia's strings! Yikes, just go check out the synopsis for yourself below:

SEASON FINALE – When one of Gotham’s former heroes returns to his old stomping grounds to settle a score, both Batwoman (Ruby Rose) and Commander Kane (Dougray Scott) find themselves on the defensive. Meanwhile, Alice (Rachel Skarsten) has uncovered what could finally take down Batwoman, but she is losing hold on her henchman Mouse (guest star Sam Littlefield) and Hush (guest star Gabriel Mann), sending her spiraling into her most wicked self. Luke (Camrus Johnson) immediately focuses on finding a way to protect Batwoman from Alice, and Mary (Nicole Kang) has a chance to be the sister Kate has needed all along. New information surfaces, forcing Julia (guest star Christina Wolfe) to warn Sophie (Meagan Tandy) about the person pulling the strings. And in a final standoff, when Commander Kane refuses to retreat from his war on Batwoman, Kate may find herself more than heartbroken by her father’s choices. Amanda Tapping directed the episode written by Holly Henderson and Don Whitehead (#120). Original airdate 5/17/2020.

Well, THAT is a rather detailed synopsis this time! No comparison to some of them before.
Damn, now I need to see the trailer for this one as this synopsis offer LOTS of interesting questions.
But first we shall focus on episode 19 on this weekend as it is promising as hell also! :-)
In a really good way...
-
The main questions after this synopsis:
Who is that former hero????
What will happen between Batwoman and Jacob?
Will there be casualties?
What is Alice up to? Same for Mouse and Hush!
-
I expected that Mouse would some day act "against" Alice and would go after Batwoman.
But how? What is that weapon?
-
Also, I have the strong feeling that either Jacob or Mouse may not survive this.
Especially Mouse....as the title of the episode may be a hint in that direction.

Amanda Tapping... Stargate royalty!

Old Gotham hero returns? Robin/Nightwing? The Batman is likely still off limits.
