Our sister site, Supergirl.tv has just learned exclusively that both Olivia Nikkanen and Helen Slater are set to return to Supergirl in season 5! In the past, Nkkanen has played the role of a younger high school/possibly early college-aged Alex Danvers. Of course series-long fans will know Helen Slater as Eliza Danvers, the sisters' mother. At this time, it isn't safe to say they will be reprising their roles. With Crisis, who knows what will happen. It is, however, our hope that these two are reprising their roles and that young Kara Danvers played by Izabela Vidovic will also return. For now, that remains a hope.
